2. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. Shipping costs will be provided to you after you place your order and before payment is collected.
3. Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date after your order is placed.
4. Product Availibility:
Once we have received your order, our team will check the product’s inventory and be in touch with you. We update our availibility on a weekly basis and apologize in advance if we are unable to fulfill parts of your order. All orders are on a first come first serve basis and will be handled accordingly.
5. Delivery Services:
Our delivery team will deliver your order within the lower mainland. If you opt out of assembly services, which are extra, our delivery team will place your items inside your house. They will not bring items to a specified room.
6. White Glove Assembly Service:
If you opt in for our white glove delivery and assembly service, our team will deliver the items to your hourse and assemble the items in the rooms they are meant to be in. Any additional requests for assembly, moving/removing furniture shall be discussed in person with the delivery and assembly team. Extra costs can be discussed with them directly.
7. Changes to Your Order:
If you need to change your delivery address or schedule after your order has been paid for, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may result in delivery delays.
8. Returns:
Online orders are non-payment, but all paid sales are final, if for any reason you have an extenuating circumstance, we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
